Pensacola Beach is one of the most beautiful — and easiest — places on the Gulf Coast to say “I do.” Marry Me Wedding Rentals is based just across the bridge in Pensacola, and we have set up ceremonies and receptions on the sand, at the Hilton Pensacola Beach and at Hemingway’s Island Grill. We bring the chairs, the arbor and the details, set everything up before your guests arrive, and take it all away afterward.
The public beach on Santa Rosa Island is managed by the Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA). According to Visit Pensacola, a small ceremony does not need a permit as long as you notify the SRIA of your location, date, time and guest count. A few other rules shape how we plan your setup:
Rules can change and sea turtle nesting season brings lighting limits after dark, so always confirm current requirements with the Santa Rosa Island Authority. For larger receptions, lighting and dance floors, a beachfront hotel, restaurant or private rental home gives you far more flexibility — and we can deliver there too.
Summer afternoons often bring quick thunderstorms, and hurricane season runs through fall. Build a little flexibility into your timeline, and ask your venue about an indoor backup for a beachfront reception. See everything we offer for beach weddings.

Yes. Arches, aisle runners and chairs are permitted on the public beach. We deliver and set up white ceremony chairs, bamboo arbors and chuppahs, then remove everything after your ceremony.
No. Open flames, tiki torches, wish lanterns, generators and glass are not allowed on the public beach. For evening lighting and power, plan your reception at a beachfront venue or private home.
Yes. We have set up at the Hilton Pensacola Beach and Hemingway's Island Grill and regularly deliver to beachfront rental homes and condos.
